PRICING:

Service pricing will vary artist to artist. To know the price, you can:

• Book Online: pricing per service is listed next to each artist name when choosing who to book with.

• Staff Page: view our staff page for a pricing range. You can also click on each staff’s profile to view a full list of services and prices.

CANCEL / RESCHEDULE:

A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. If less time is given you may be subject to a cancellation/reschedule fee up to 50% of your service total.

NO SHOW:

Not coming to your appointment with no communication with us or your artist will result in a no-show fee up to 100% of your service total.

LATE ARRIVAL:

We allow a 10 minute grace period for appointments. Arriving later may be subject to service modifications or full cancelation and may be subject to a cancellation/reschedule fee.

CHILDREN and extra guests:

We ask that you do not bring children under 12 or more than one guest with you to your appointment. Children under 15 who are receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult.
